   real real simple

   just use a nationwide service like aol or something like that and log into that city then post. It means a bit of long distance charges but the ip will be local and you can post all you want.

   even works for flagging off ads if you dial into other cities and keep flagging the same ad, the ip will be different everytime you dial in.
